Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI-AllInOne API platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI-AllInOne provides a unified API gateway that enables developers to access Chinese AI models from various providers through a single, OpenAI-compatible interface. The Service includes account management, API key management, billing, usage monitoring, and technical support.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying technology
• Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
• Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties
• Attempt to overload, crash, or disrupt the Service
• Share or expose API keys publicly

5. Pricing and Payment

The Service uses a transparent pricing model:

• Competitive per-token rates \u2014 A small margin (typically 10%\u201340%) is applied to provider rates, varying by model. Model-specific rates are published on the Pricing page
• No platform fee on deposits \u2014 Every dollar deposited is added as credits in full (e.g., deposit $100 \u2192 receive $100 in credits)
• No hidden fees \u2014 No per-model surcharges, no setup fees, no monthly minimums

Supported payment methods include USDT (TRC-20), PayPal, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of API consumption, credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase at the discretion of AI-AllInOne, minus any transaction costs. To request a refund, contact support with your account details.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upstream provider issues, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The AI models accessible through the Service are owned by their respective providers (Alibaba, ByteDance, DeepSeek, Zhipu, Moonshot, MiniMax, StepFun). AI-AllInOne does not claim ownership of any model outputs. You are responsible for ensuring your use of model outputs complies with applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. AI model outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon for critical decisions without human review.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-AllInOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the preceding 30 days.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your API keys will be deactivated. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information \u2014 email address, name, password (bcrypt-hashed)
• API key information \u2014 key names, configurations (SHA-256 hashed keys)
• Usage data \u2014 token counts, model names, request timestamps, response status, latency metrics
• Payment information \u2014 transaction records, payment method type (we do not store full payment credentials)
• Technical data \u2014 IP addresses (for billing and security), user agent, browser type

• AI model providers \u2014 Your prompts are forwarded to the upstream provider (Alibaba DashScope, Volcano Engine) for processing. We do not control their data retention policies.
• Payment processors \u2014 Transaction data is shared with our payment partners to process your deposits
• Legal authorities \u2014 If required by law or court order

5. Data Security

• All API keys are hashed with SHA-256 before storage
• Passwords are hashed with bcrypt
• All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Access to user data is restricted and audited
• Regular security reviews and penetration testing

6. Data Retention

Usage metadata (token counts, timestamps) is retained for 90 days for billing and analytics. Account information is retained for the lifetime of your account. Upon account deletion, all personal data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Data Processing

Future Data Migration

We may migrate data processing and storage to additional compliance-certified regions in the future to meet regulatory requirements. Users will be notified in advance of any material changes to data processing locations.

Data Flow

1. Your API request is received at our Singapore gateway
2. The request is forwarded to the upstream AI model provider (Alibaba DashScope or Volcano Engine) via secure API channels
3. The provider processes the request and returns the response
4. We forward the response to you and log only token counts and metadata
5. Request and response content are not stored on our servers

Compliance Notes

• We do not claim certifications we have not obtained
• Compliance with local data protection regulations is the user's responsibility
• For enterprise customers with specific compliance requirements (GDPR, PDPA, etc.), contact us to discuss data processing agreements

AI-AllInOne does not claim any certifications, accreditations, or partnerships that have not been explicitly granted. We are an independent API gateway service. Model providers do not endorse or sponsor AI-AllInOne unless explicitly stated.

Model Quality Assurance

• All models are accessed through official API endpoints \u2014 no reverse engineering
• Model responses are passed through unmodified \u2014 no content filtering or alteration
• Model performance is independently verifiable by comparing with direct provider access
